Indianapolis International Day of the Girl Event
In recognition of International Day of the Girl on October 11th, CARE and The Desmond Tutu Center for Peace, Reconciliation, and Global Justice will host an event on October 10th to highlight the importance of global engagement, especially as it relates to empowering women and girls around the world. CARE, The Desmond Tutu Center, and other local organizations in Indiana who are committed to improving the lives of women and girls through advocacy, volunteerism, and global health services will be highlighted for their local and global work.
